*UPDATE* JKP CANAL WALK HAS CLOSED DOWN
(I wonder why...)
Cup of mud: R14 (hard to discern if it's coffee, let alone what brand)

You know how some products advertise their flaws? Jimmy's Killer Prawns is not to die for, it's long dead and beaten with a stick.
The service is absolutely dead, the food is like nibbling on a frozen corpse - offering possibly the worst prawns since some prawns were found murdered in a smelly part of a mine in Johannesburg. I suspect these are Parktown Prawns as they are more eyes than anything, more sand than sous, and have so little flavour a forensic investigator would need specialised equipment to find out if these grey lumps had been in the vicinity of prawns during the massacre.
The service was a crime scene itself, with nary a body in sight for 30 minutes. The waiter and manager then also DEMANDED A TIP and spent most of the time ridiculing the customers behind their backs.
Something strange is going on at Jimmy's, and I say avoid it if you don't want to sleep with the fishes.
