Cappuccino with crema, R19
Mild green medium roast with a slight medical tinge in the aftertaste.
Pleasant but no breakthrough in flavour.

An awkward deli with awkward self-service and awkward wobbly shared medical tables.
Sitting 1 foot opposite a stranger is quite a shock treatment. 5 Baristas helping 2 customers, but no waiters. Seating and decor is clinical white tiles with thin chairs. Like being in a morgue. What's on the slab? Nothing. That's right, NO FOOD. NONE. Not even a muffin.
This test in sensory deprivation turned out negative.
