A medium-dark roast docks on the tongue with a distinct tobacco flavour. After a quick shower the dirt floats away leaving a hint of bitter woodiness.
Castle Lager chairs, benches outside, all the trappings of a pub without the pub food, serving seafood and steak with pleasant service. Occasionally there is live music, but no restaurant is perfect.
