A flat, mildly bitter medium roast that lacks punch when served as a full cup. The DIY kit is great though, giving you the power to build your own cuppa, but even dialed to full strength the coffee seems freeze dried. A little sugar eases the pain and we're off to admire the fantasic view of the bay, and the many TVs sprinkled around showing nothing but silent sports.
