Cappuccino with crema (Lavazza)

A cold cup of medium roast shivering under a blanket of bitter crema. Not much taste here except hints of Easter Bunny chocolate.
Perhaps the coffee is bitter from the tears of abused staff.
How dare you enter our restaurant! The doors are only open for show!
There are certain times when the place is actually open, but there's no way of knowing. Decor is white leather, like a Las Vegas prostitute's boots.
Finally I found an open time, I expected a dismal time and was not disappointed.
Service is very slow and the management openly scream at their demotivated staff. Clearly issues here make it an unpleasant experience, spoiling an otherwise idyllic setting.
